The company currently operates two fully-fledged offices in Nairobi and Kampala and has customers in Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan.

Novel Technologies is the first company in East Africa to introduce leading products such as Rugged Notebooks, DVD-Video protection equipment and software, Court Recording and Transcription Solution, Risk Management (aCCelerate) software and Toon Boom animation software.
